There are several ways to gain access to Zanzibar. One can fly into Nairobi, Kenya, Dar es Salaam or Tanzania and from there head to Zanzibar. Both these destinations can be reached with a number of international airlines, including KLM, British Airways, Emirates and Kenya Airways.
Kenya Airways in co-operation with KLM, fly into Zanzibar from Nairobi. Ethiopian Airlines and Gulf Air fly directly into Zanzibar several times a week. Zanzibar can also be reached from Dar es Salaam, with daily ferry schedules only taking an hour-and-a-half.
Alternatively airlines such as Precision Air and Coastal Air have daily scheduled flights to Zanzibar from Dar es Salaam taking only 15 minutes. The hotel can organise transfers to and from the airport and the port in Zanzibar Town.
