Day 1: George - Oudtshoorn
On arrival at George Airport, you can make your way to the designated car rental kiosk to collect your car. You will then self-drive to your spa hotel in Oudtshoorn which is 50km drive.
Depending on your time of arrival at the country lodge, you could have lunch and a siesta or explore your surroundings. A consultation with the spa therapist will be required to arrange your personalised spa treatments (a facial treatment and either a Shea Butter massage or African Wood massage) over the course of your spa break.
You will also have access to the gym, Jacuzzi and sauna. In the evening you could enjoy a superb dinner at the elegantly restored homestead with its classic yellowwood beams and antique furniture.

Day 2: Oudtshoorn
Wake to the peace and tranquillity of the Klein-Karoo. Oudtshoorn is blessed with a fine, dry climate with at least 320 days of sunshine a year. Breakfast is served in the sunny breakfast room overlooking the landscaped gardens where roses grow in profusion.
Your country spa hotel is located on the fringes of the town and you can easily drive to a number of top attractions in the area. Your options include a tour of the Cango Caves, visits to the Ostrich farms, meeting Meerkats on a sunrise adventure or taking a romantic hot air balloon ride. A golf course is also located nearby.
Back at your spa hotel, you could relax by the pool or settle in one of the elegant guest lounges by the fireside. The platinum graded restaurant features a menu of traditional country cuisine with a cordon bleu touch and a comprehensive wine selection.Day 3: Oudtshoorn - George
