Day 1: Cape Town - The Overberg
You can self-drive to your deluxe spa resort or a transfer can be arranged from Cape Town. The journey takes just over an hour and passes through scenic Overberg countryside. Upon arrival, you will be checked-in and settled into your accommodation.
This afternoon you can enjoy access to the Spa and all its facilities which include the use of the indoor Heated Hydro Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Cold Stream Showers, Swimming Pools and the Candle Room.
The award-winning spa is just the place to regenerate body, mind, and spirit in an environment where nature and technology blend seamlessly. Later, feeling totally relaxed, you can retreat to your luxury room or enjoy dinner in the restaurant.
Day 2: The Overberg
Your stylish room features contemporary South African décor and the finest amenities. Full-width sliding glass doors lead to either a private terrace or balcony overlooking the manicured grounds and swimming pool and the dramatic mountain views beyond, or the tranquil lagoon waters.
Today, your spa session includes a facial and a full body hot stone massage. You can arrange the day's activities around your particular interests.
Perhaps have an early round of golf, a game of tennis or a horseback ride and then retreat to the spa. You can also go on an excursion into Hermanus, a popular seaside town and a renowned Whale watching spot in season.
Day 3: The Overberg - Cape Town
This is the final day of your Overberg Retreat. You could enjoy time in the spa and heated pools or take breakfast at leisure and read the morning papers.
After check out you can self-drive back to Cape Town or be collected on a previously arranged return transfer.
