Day 1: Cape Town
You will be met at Cape Town International Airport and taken to the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in Cape Town, which is located between the cliffs of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.
You can spend the afternoon at your leisure enjoying the hotel's facilities and the spectacular views of the coast.
Alternately you could take a complimentary transfer to nearby Camps Bay with its trendy beachside restaurants and cocktail bars or the V&A Waterfront which is an entertainment hub of shops, designer boutiques, movie theatres, restaurants and more.
Day 2: Cape Town and the Cape Winelands
After a delicious breakfast overlooking the ocean, you can head to the award-winning spa which offers hydro and pool facilities, outdoor gazebos, a tranquility lounge and a health bar.
Your first spa treatment is a Rasul chamber ceremony where a mineral-rich mud is self-applied to the body, hair and face. Dry heat dries the mud and allows the skin to draw out impurities from the body.
As the mud softens, its beneficial ingredients and natural minerals are absorbed by the body. A gentle rain shower leaves you refreshed with glowing skin.
This afternoon there will be a half day (4 hours) Cape Winelands tour departing at 13:15 which will take you on a wine tasting journey to some of the oldest and most renowned wine estates in Franschhoek and Stellenbosch.
You'll see beautiful scenery and savour wine tastings of the finest vintages in historic surroundings.
Day 3: Cape Town
Today will be a spa day where you can relax and indulge in pampering treatments. The Ultimate Escape Spa Package (4 hours) starts off your experience by unwinding in the underground hydrotherapy area with a glass of sparkling wine, which includes the heated jet pool, cold plunge pool and the salt water floatation pool.
Continue with an aromatherapy massage followed by a pro-active facial treatment and finish off with a manicure and pedicure. Includes a delicious lunch.
Spend your afternoon relaxing at the hotel - you could choose a hammock in the hotel gardens for some quiet contemplation or take a walk on a number of mountain park trails. Later you could enjoy a legendary 'tea by the sea' or a cocktail at the bar followed by dinner and a movie in the private cinema.
Day 4: Cape Town & Cape Peininsula
Today, you'll set off on a guided full day Cape Point and Peninsula tour which will show you some highlights of the Cape including Hout Bay harbour (optional boat trip to Seal Island), Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, lunch at seaside restaurant (not included in the cost), Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens.
After a day of sightseeing, you can indulge in a truly special experience - The Sunset Mountain Serenade (90 mins). Be relaxed and revitalised in an outdoor spa gazebo with a choice of ‘his or hers' hot stone or aromatherapy massage.
Spectacular views of Twelve Apostles mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed. Decadent treats such as oysters, strawberries dipped in chocolate and sparkling wine are included.
