Your Safari Spa Experience

Sediba Safari Lodge guarantees a unique, tranquil wildlife experience with equal parts of wellness and luxury right in the heart of the Welgevoden Game Reserve.

What does a stay at Sediba Private Game Lodge entail? Well, there are the obligatory components of course, from early morning game drives to bush sundowners and boma dinners. Then, there’s the personalised service and plenty of wellness elements too: food to nourish bodies, spa treatments to replenish minds and souls, and let’s not forget about the views...

Sediba is made up of two lodges: Rock Lodge and Mountain Lodge. Both will provide you with absolute privacy, wrapped in 37000 hectares of pristine wilderness dotted with baobab, marula and fever trees devoid of any human interference. If you’re in it for the animals, they offer twice-daily guided game drives through this Big 5 country.

This South Africa game reserve is home to over 50 different mammals, including some rare species. They are best seen at night, like the brown hyena, pangolin, aardwolf and aardvark, to name just a few. Back at the lodge, you can expect carefully prepared meals served in a range of al-fresco settings. From breakfast in the bush to dinners on the terrace, in the Rock Boma and traditional Boma (weather permitting). You can even dine within your suite if you prefer.

The selection of wines is also excellent at both lodges. The main library is well-stocked with good reading material. Hidden areas to sprawl out and enjoy the view are also plentiful. The Sediba team have all your bases covered. Just wait until you see the spa!

The Sediba Spa

Sediba boasts a tranquil spa retreat for health and beauty treatments. Available treatments include aromatherapy, facials, pedicures and a variety of different massages. There is also a sauna and a small gym should you wish to keep up with your fitness routine.
