Day 1: Cape Town
For guests flying to Cape Town, transfers will be arranged from the airport to the spa hotel which is located in the heart of the V&A Waterfront.
Upon arrival, you will check in and have time to refresh before your session in the tranquil spa. The spa is situated on the top floor so it has stunning views of Table Bay and the iconic Table Mountain. The interiors, treatments and specialised techniques are inspired by the people and cultures of Southern Africa, the flora of the continent and authentic African remedies.
You will experience a unique Facial With Hydrotherapy in the Neoqi Energy Cocoon. A Neoqi Hydrotherapy treatment promotes energy flow by providing all over body balance.
This treatment allows you to choose between aromatherapy steam or sauna, vibromassage, chromotherapy or vichy water massage. Your choice will be complemented by a facial treatment for full body relaxation and anti-age rejuvenation.
Day 2 & 3: Cape Town, Cape Winelands and Cape Point
The next 2 days will introduce you to some of the wonders of the Cape. Each day after breakfast you'll be taken on an excursion in the morning and then returned to your spa hotel around lunchtime. The rest of the day is yours to spend time in the spa or enjoy activities at your leisure.
In the waterfront, you could explore the designer shops and boutiques, take a cruise or visit the aquarium amongst many other activity options.
Your hotel has 2 excellent dining venues and there are a number of establishments to choose from in the area. Your first excursion on Day 2 will be a tour to the Cape Winelands where you'll enjoy wine tasting at some of the oldest and most prestigious wine estates.
You afternoon spa treatment will include your choice of a full body massage (deep tissue / hot stone/lymph drainage or aromatherapy) Your second excursion on Day 3 takes you on a tour along the beautiful peninsula to Hout Bay, Cape Point and the Boulders Beach Penguin Colony. In the afternoon you can enjoy a relaxing manicure and pedicure which include a hand and a foot mask.
