These rooms overlook a shady Japanese style Courtyard which has water features and attractive tree ferns. These are beautiful double rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The Courtyard Deluxe Rooms are similar, but the bedrooms are larger. The ground floor rooms have sliding doors which open on to a garden patio while the upstairs rooms overlook the delightful private garden.
Mountain Facing and Mountain Deluxe - 60 rooms
These rooms have lovely views of the picturesque manicured gardens and majestic views of the forested slopes of Table Mountain. These rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bathroom (with separate shower).The Mountain Deluxe Rooms are slightly larger and open out onto their own private balcony.

These luxury suites comprise of an elegant lounge area, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The Ground floor suites have sliding doors which open on to either gardens or terraces. The Garden Facing Junior Suites have views over the estate towards Table Mountain. The Garden suites have a double bedroom and a superb en-suite bathroom.
River Facing Junior Suites and River Facing Superior Suites - 6 rooms
These suites overlook the Liesbeek River and feature a double bedroom with well appointed en-suite bathrooms. They have spacious lounges and wonderful views.
The Francois Suite and the Kitty Suite
Named after Francois Petousis who was the patriarch of the family who owns the Vineyard Hotel and Spa this suite has a beautifully designed lounge and bedroom with a magnificent private patio. The Kitty Suite is named after Kitty Petousis. This is a third floor suite which features stunning mountain views. The suite includes a spacious lounge and sliding doors which open onto a balcony with sun chairs.
