Day 1: Port Elizabeth Airport - Addo
You will be met and transferred by road from Port Elizabeth Airport to your spa accommodation in Addo. The journey will take about an hour and you'll travel through historic Settler Country.
Upon arrival at the boutique hotel, you'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and settled into your luxury room. Your spa hotel has lovely gardens and is set on a fragrant citrus farm. Explore the grounds, take a dip in the pool and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Today, your first spa session includes a Classic Skin Care Treatment Facial (60 mins).
This treatment starts off with a thorough cleansing of the skin using Dermalogica Cleansers to best suit your skin’s needs. Advanced exfoliators are used to remove all signs of dead skin cells.
A relaxing face, neck and shoulder massage will soothe tired and aching muscles. Conclude with a luxurious mask and decadent moisturiser to revive skin’s vitality. At sunset, drinks and snacks can be enjoyed on the sun-downer deck before an indulgent gourmet dinner.
Day 2: Addo Elephant National Park
This morning you will experience a game drive into Addo Elephant National Park in an open Landcruiser. Enjoy close encounters with wildlife and admire the scenic countryside. This park is one of the best places to see Elephants. You will have a stop for drinks and snacks along the way before returning to your spa hotel in Addo.
After a delicious breakfast, get ready for a day of pampering at the Spa. The African Reward Package (5 hours) includes a Body Scrub, Milk Bath, Massage, Lunch, Manicure, Pedicure. This treatment journey begins with a Sandalwood and Marula full body polish to prepare your skin.
Allowing you to relax in complete tranquillity, a milk bath treatment is next to warm your muscles in preparation for the decadent African Wood Massage to follow. Your body will be drizzled with luxurious nourishing Olive and Shea Butter whilst being massaged with special Mpingo wooden massage implements for a true African experience.
After a light lunch, the day continues with a manicure and pedicure in true African style. Feeling totally relaxed, you can once again enjoy sundowners on the deck before another superb dinner.
